Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹499 — Flat ₹60 shipping charge
- Orders ₹499 and above — Free shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner's website.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use tamper-proof packaging for all orders.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us at ecom.goorganics@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
