Return and Refund Policy
At Gameshs Organics, we take great pride in the quality of our certified organic, pure & natural products. As our products are consumable food items, we follow a strict no-return policy in line with food safety and hygiene regulations — similar to the policy followed by leading grocery platforms and ecommerce/quick commerce platforms in India.
Non-Returnable Items
All food and grocery products sold on GOorganics.com are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
Exceptions — When We Will Help
We will offer a replacement or full refund only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product
- The product packaging was tampered with or the seal was broken at the time of delivery
How to Report a Problem
If you face any of the above issues, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ecom.goorganics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel, email ecom.goorganics@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
