Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for a refund. We only ask that you make all returns within 30 days of your order date and request a RMA number before shipping the unit back to us.
Receiving a refund
A credit will appear through the original payment method within a month of returning the unit back to us. Refunds are usually processed within a week of recieving the returned item unless there is a problem such as a dirty unit or missing pieces.
What is refunded
A refund is calculated by subtracting any shipping charges from the original purchase price. If returning an item that was part of a free shipping promotion, the shipping fees we covered will be deducted from the refund unless there was an error on our part.
Exchanges
We understand that problems do occur and if for some reason you should recieve a defective or faulty unit, the easiest way to exchange this is to contact the manufacturer directly. We can give you the contact information by emailing us at customerservice@goorganics.com.
To exchange an item for a different one, simply return the item to us and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. We will need an RMA for the return and you will recieve the refund when we recieve the returned item.
Partial Refunds
We understand that sometimes returns will not fall within these guidelines, so the following will apply.
Items returned without all original packaging will be refunded at 80% of original purchase price.
Items returned outside our original outlined policy will be refunded at 80% of original purchase price.
For Champion, Excalibur and Vita-mix returns, we will need to charge a $10 fee to re-box these items.
If items are returned dirty, we will charge $25 to clean them.
If items are returned without a RMA, we will refund 90% of the original purchase price.
